Refund And Returns Policy

Enjoy our freshly handmade recipes immediately. Not satisfied? Return your order to our store, uneaten, in original packaging, with your receipt within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement, which must match returned order.


Pop’N Flavors – Long Beach is known for its great taste, quality ingredients and welcoming experience. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order placed on, contact our Customer Service Team within 15 days of delivery for assistance. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than 15 days have passed since the date of delivery.

Pop’N Flavors – Long Beach does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
  • Incorrect items and/or quantity and/or address provided at time of order
  • Recipient refused delivery or was not present at time of delivery
  • Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
  • Item(s) still in transit
  • Damage to packaging that does not impact quality or shelf life
  • Customer consumed at least half (50%) of the Popcorn World Long Beach
  • Gift Certificate sales are final


Our delicious, handcrafted recipes are popped in small batches every single morning and shipped the following business day unless a specific ship date has been selected. Please confirm that your information is correct before placing your order. Once the order is placed, please review the confirmation email to verify that your order details are correct.

Changes and cancellations can only be made by contacting our Customer Service team during business hours prior to your order ship date. Our business hours are 11am-7pm Wednesday through Sunday.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events.
